You are busy.  We understand that.  That’s why your Curos Sales Consultant will visit your facility in person and meet with residents, staff, and physicians to personally manage your diabetic shoe program from start-to-finish.  Getting started is fast and easy, following our simple process:

 

1. We meet with you to identify diabetic residents who meet clinical guidelines and have Medicare part B or applicable private insurance coverage.

 

2. We do a personal, private measurement and consultation for each resident to ensure the best product is ordered for their unique situation.

 

3. We manage all paperwork to complete the order, including working personally with the resident’s physician to get appropriate sign-offs.

 

4. Shoes are ordered and typically arrive in 1-2 weeks, at which case we meet personally with the resident for a private fitting.

 

5. We then manage all reimbursement with Medicare or the private insurer.  We also manage collection of all resident co-pays.

 

6. We provide ongoing support as eligible new residents are identified, we manage the annual re-orders,  and we are available for any questions or issues.  We manage the entire program on an ongoing basis so you can tackle the other things on your to-do list.
